Psilocybe cubensis is the most studied species in its genus, and the best place to start if you're new to spore microscopy. It grows wild in warm regions around the world and leaves a dark purple-brown spore print. The spores we stock for this species are lab-grown however, to ensure ultimate cleanliness through the microscope. Under the microscope its spores are smooth, oval and thick-walled, so they're easy to see even at low magnification. We stock 59 cubensis strains: 15 as a 12ml spore syringe in two densities or a spore print, and 44 as a spore print only.
